ENGN EVLution Pre Workout Review

(Last Updated On: 01/02/2017)

How good is the new ENGN pre-workout by EVLution Nutrition?

One of the best pre-workout supplements in 2016 has been the reformulated ENGN from EVLution Nutrition. With almost 3000 reviews between bodybuilding.com and Amazon.com, ENGN pre workout has made raving fans after returning to the shelves. In this review we will go over the quality and effects of ENGN, and value of course. It is as many others of it’s kind a stimulant that promises to give you tunnel vision focus, more drive, increased strength, fuller pumps and unmatched energy without the crash, resulting in the best workouts you have ever had.

That all sounds good and all, as all the competitors in the pre workout category will claim along the same lines right? The proof is in the pudding as they say, or in our case with ENGN from EVL the proof is in the green apple. What a great flavor it is! But we will get back to that in the review, first lets take a look at the ingredients. Like many other pre workout supplements, ENGN is a proprietary blend, in this case the blend contains a Mind-to-Muscle Matrix blend of 2213mg. Mind-to-Muscle Matrix consists of Betaine Anhydrous, Choline Bitartrate, L-Tyrosine, Agmatine Sulfate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Infinergy, Alpha-Glycerylphosphorylcholine, and Huperzia Serrata Extract. The second blend is a 2000mg Creatine complex consisting of Creatine Monohydrate, Magnesium Creatine Chelate. We feel all the dosage is strong at one serving, with a good amount of Beta-Alanine at 1600mg.

Well that’s a long list of long words, but one thing that matters is how ENGN compares to other pre workout competitors. First noticeable difference that I got from ENGN, that maybe other pre-workouts differ in is the great mixability and sustained energy, as opposed to a boost then a crash. Second was the great clean jittery free focus for the entire workout, with the already great taste as we mentioned above. There is no bad aftertaste in ENGN Green Apple flavor, it is a little sour but we loved it, as well as the Blue Razz flavor. Over the 3 months of taking ENGN I noticed I was lifting little more, had enough energy for each workout, and then some. We feel this is a stack worthy pre-workout whether you are a beginner or a seasoned bodybuilder. Currently the best price is on Amazon with prices ranging between 25-30$ for 30 servings depending on flavor.
