Post Jym New Post Workout Supplement Review

New Post Jym Recovery Supplement has finally been made available to the masses, and those of us that have gotten some samples can do an early review on this new post workout by Jim Stoppani. Post Jym is a second supplement released by Stoppani, after the Pre Jym proved to be a quite successful pre workout supplement. The Post Jym Post Workout will no doubt prove to be a success as well.

If you compare Post Jym to Pre Jym you will notice that BCAAs, creatine HCL, beta-alanine, betaine, and taurine all feature in both products, reason being is that these ingredients need to be consumed before and after your workout to get the best results. Post JYM has no proprietary blends, correct dosage on all ingredients, no “abbreviated” formulas, no concentrates. All nine of the ingredients in Post JYM are critical for recovery.

It is fairly easy to consume, even with the two packets. Just mix a pack of Post JYM active ingredients and a pack of Post JYM dextrose into 16-3 oz. of water within 30 minutes post workout for best results. If you are following a low carb diet, you can use less dextrose or just skip it.

Currently on BB.com you can get two flavors( Fruit Punch and Watermelon). I got a sample of watermelon and it tasted a bit sweet for my taste, but it wasn’t off putting or anything that I couldn’t drink it. I guess if i had to give it a number rating it’d be 3/5 for taste.

You will need to use a blander if you use dextrose packet, gets clumpy in a cup, although I didn’t stand there and shake it forever either. I use a blender when I get home and it mixed well, and was smooth in consistency. I have had better and worse mixing supplements, so post jym sits somewhere in the middle.

Well I only got a couple of samples and I can say it kept me full and I woke up feeling recovered and ready to go. I will be getting a tub from Bodybuilding.com since they are the exclusive retailer for Post Jym at the moment. I can say for a post work supplement, Post Jym does what it should. I didn’t feel any discomfort after drinking it.

35$ for 20 servings, which is ok but I would like it better at like 25-27 dollar range. Overall I feel it will be worth the money, especially with the quality ingredients included. Follow the link below if you wish to purchase directly from Bodybuilding.
