ProMera Sports Gluta Blast Review-Glutamine Supplements

(Last Updated On: 01/02/2017)

Our Review of ProMera Sports New Gluta Blast Recovery Supplement.

Gluta Blast is one of the latest supplements by ProMera Sports, and it is their second recovery supplement along with the older formula Gluta-Tren. But for those think these are going to be basically the same supplement are in for a surprise. Key difference between Gluta Blast and Gluta Tren is that Gluta Blast is a blend of four different glutamines(L-Glutamine, N-Acetyl L-Glutamine, L-Alanyl L-Glutamine (Sustamine) and Magnesium Glycinate Glutamine Chelate), while Gluta Tren only contains L-Glutamine, but also contains (L-Taurine, Beta-Alanine (Carnosyn), L-Tyrosine, L-Leucine, Creatinol-O-Phosphate, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine).

Gluta Blast is more of a only glutamine complex that can be taken pre-during-after workout, as well as before bed time. We recommend taking during or after your hard training sessions to help you recover faster and rehydrate your muscles. It is also ideal for immune system support and building strength. The good thing about all ProMera Sports supplements is that they stack well together, so whether you choose a Gluta Blast or Gluta Tren you can stack it with Con-Cret or Peak 400 and see great results in lean muscle mass as well as overall booster performance.

At the moment gluta blast can be purchased in two flavors (Blue Raspberry and Mandarin) in a 60 serving container with one scoop serving size of 3.8 grams. I have been using Gluta Blast for about a month and a half and wanted to review it, to give people a better idea about the product before they make a decision to purchase.

Only tried the Madarin flavor, it tastes kinda tangy, bitter but for me I like that flavor profile. There was no bad after taste, or any kinda medicine taste you get from some supplements. Depends on your taste but I didn’t notice anything off putting in the taste category.

Mixed well, no issues, you get almost a sports drink consistency but not the  sweetness. Just follow the directions on the label you’ll be fine.

I was mainly taking Gluta Blast post workout or before I got in bed, I do know few people that drank it during workout but I use Xtend for intra workout so I can’t personally testify for during training effect but people seem to like it, mainly for recovery between sets and extra endurance. For my experience, I noticed that even after hardcore training session I would recover great for the next day, I felt rested when I wake up. Considering I work in the morning this was a great little helper. I noticed I added lean muscle and can lift for more sets. Overall I would say it’s  solid when it comes to glutamine supplements, I would recommend it if you are looking to add a new look to your stack.

Gluta Blast ranges from 20-27$ depending where you buy it, I got mine off amazon for like 25$ for 60 servings. It’s not the cheapest product of it’s kind but I feel it will prove to be worth the money in the months to come. Since it’s still a fairly new supplement, the serving sizes may increase as well as the flavors will be added, depending on the responses from consumers, so far so good based on reviews online and from beta testers.
